Overview

AiLumora offers three categories of offerings: live and instructor-led sessions, digital information products, and physical goods designed to enhance AI proficiency and digital capabilities.

1. Services

Live sessions include virtual workshops, webinars, and personal coaching in AI and digital literacy.

• Scheduling and Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule a booked session by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours qualify for a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance qualify for a full refund issued via the original payment method.
• Recorded Workshops: Access to pre-recorded course materials is granted immediately after purchase and is not eligible for a refund due to immediate availability.

2. Digital Information Products

This category includes e-books, video tutorials, templates, and other downloadable materials.

• Refund Window: Full refund is available within 14 days of purchase provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once access or download occurs, the sale is final and non-refundable.
• Delivery Method: Products are delivered instantly after purchase.

3. Physical Goods

Merchandise, hardware kits, and other tangible products related to AI training and digital literacy tools.

• Inspection and Refunds: Customers may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers cover shipping costs when sending back non-defective items.
• Defective or Damaged Items: Eligible for a full refund or replacement at no extra charge. Contact us immediately upon receipt.

Refund and Reimbursement Policy

AiLumora understands that circumstances may change. Our refund and reimbursement guidelines are as follows based on the type of offering:

Services

Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours qualify for a fifty percent refund. Same-day cancellations are ineligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.

Digital Information Products

Full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if no access has occurred. After this period or after access, sales are final and non-refundable.

Physical Goods

Eligible items must be sent back unused and in original packaging within 30 days. Shipping expenses for non-defective items are not refundable. Defective or damaged products qualify for a full refund or replacement.
